LARGE BAT HOUSE 2 CHAMBER: Pictured above are our Large 2 Chamber Bat Houses in both “Dark” and “Natural”. We also sell them unfinished (Item # 954322). They come with a full “Five Year Warranty” against construction flaws. Their features are the same as the medium houses as they have 2 chambers but are larger in size. Their dimensions are 48″ Tall by 17″ Wide x 3 1/2″ Deep. This model will hold 75-100 bats about comfortably. Hardware cloth is throughout the inside chambers providing a secure material for your bats to hang on. Hardware cloth is also used on the landing pad as you can see. This gives the bats something to hold onto when they are trying to enter the house. All seams and cracks are sealed to prevent parasites from easy access to nest sites. Each house has a shingled roof to keep water out and act as a solar collector for heating the house. There is an attic space which is sealed off from the main living chamber. This attic serves as a heat retainer as well as a noise buffer. Each house comes with a hanger so it is ready to be mounted.
